For treatments I work out of my garden Treatment Room in Thorpe Bay, on Shaftesbury Avenue. I am available from Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3pm, and evenings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I try to be as flexible as possible so if your desired appointment time is different to this, please do get in touch!
I am based in Thorpe Bay, Southend, but can make home / studio / office visits on request.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle and energising Spiritual healing technique involving light, non-invasive touch. Reiki helps to balance the body, mind and spirit by realigning the energy portals of the body, the chakras. The session involves working through a series of positions along the body, working intuitively with both the physical and subtle body.
Many clients experience deep relaxation during the treatment, with pleasant feelings of warmth around the body.

Distance Healing
A popular choice during lockdown, Distance Healing works through the power of intention. Reiki healing can be sent without the recipient being physically present. This is a very powerful and relaxing treatment. A session includes a video call before and post treatment to discuss experiences.

Indian Head Massage
This relaxing holistic treatment is an ancient Ayurverdic therapy, using acupressure on the scalp, face and neck. The session helps to rebalance body, mind and spirit and is great at combating stress and anxiety.

I have a range of decks and spreads available for you, and I love to share my experience in, and passion for Tarot cards.
